Antonio “Tony” Parra, RVT

Hospital Manager

Born and raised in southern California, Tony has dedicated his life towards animal health and well-being. Not only has he been in the veterinary field since freshman year in high school, he has been a licensed RVT for 13 years and counting. His years of experience in the field and knowledge with handling various cases has helped him mentor several individuals who have later passed their own RVT exams. As a proclaimed Grill Master, Tony is also Chino Hills Animal Hospital’s go-to cook for our Annual Summer Staff BBQ.
When he’s not saving the lives of countless animals or showing his mad skills with a grill, Tony enjoys breathing in life and the natural world around him with some “old skool” tunes and a fishing pole in hand. But, after any busy day, Tony looks forward to playing with his miniature bull terrier, Axl, and his scaly “not so little girl” Petunia the Tegu Lizard who remind him of the important things in life.

BethAnn Cincotta

Office Manager

Having grown with the hospital since 2015, BethAnn started working in our Pharmacy department and has quickly worked through various positions leading to her current role as Office Manager. She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2017 with a degree in Animal Science which has only furthered her love for animals, especially all things fluffy. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, she said “Aside from the animals, being a part of [the hospital’s] growth over the years. I hope to continue to help this hospital and the team grow for many more years to come.”

Besides working towards CHAH’s growth, BethAnn enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising and checking things off her bucket list. Some of her great adventures include traveling with friends, skydiving and scuba diving with sharks. Between her adventures and dedication to always grow, BethAnn can be found nurturing her two kitties, Brian and Barb, who rule her home.

Justine Rubio

Operations Manager

For as long as she can remember, Justine has always wanted to work with animals since she was a young girl and her passion has never led her astray. For over half of her life, she has worked in the veterinary field starting as a Kennel Attendant then shifting through numerous roles to become a Room Nurse and ultimately our Operations Manager. She continues her passion for animals as she manages the day-to-day operations to help other’s build everlasting bonds with the furry, slimy and scaly. After all, her ultimate goal for the hospital is “to educate staff and clients about pet health [and] wellness.” Someday though, Justine hopes to be able to follow her passion for animals on an African safari.

In the meantime, you may catch Justine stopping by the nearest Starbucks in Chino where she is on a first name basis with much of the staff. They even know her favorite drinks! It wouldn’t even be a surprise to find her beloved canine companion, Kiara, by her side as they cruise through.

Erika Prater, CPhT

Relations and Resources Manager

Having been a licensed and Certified Pharmacy Technician for 20 years and counting, Erika has had the pleasure of meeting several outstanding individuals and groups. So, it didn’t take her long before she found our staff at Chino Hills Animal Hospital where she has helped to take our hospital to the next level. For this reason, if you’re ever trying to find this power woman just follow the crowds of amazing individuals. Both on and off the clock, Erika can be found building everlasting relationships throughout and within the community.

Her favorite kind of medicine is “being silly and finding the good in everything.” A day well spent would be a day dancing with her two kids and her little adorable parvo survivor pup named Darth Prater. If you get a chance to meet Erika, stop and say hello or share a dance as we’re sure you’ll both be smiling at the end of the song.
