I came here because my Veterinarians office who is only 10mins away from me stated they could not spay my dog after I was quoted a price. So I was looking for a new office and I came across this page and was reading reviews, I thought let me give them a try. My first visit was great and I decided this will be my new Veterinarian from here on out. My dog was spayed a few days later and is doing well. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was amazing. I am so thankful to have found this vet!! My hedgehog injured his eye and needed enucleation surgery. It is so difficult to find an exotic vet that can perform surgery on a hedgehog that is local, kind, and won’t break the bank. The vet staff was compassionate, kind, communicative, and supportive throughout all of our visits. Dr Hipp is amazing and helped my hedgie Jasper have a new lease on life, pain free. They are honest and upfront about every service and made sure I understood everything I was paying for. They didn’t pressure me to take any unnecessary tests and explained everything thoroughly. I cannot recommend the Chino Hills Animal Hospital and Pet Resort more. First of all, the staff here genuinely care about your pet. My dog had to have two CCL surgeries in her back legs and Dr. Dunbar took the best care for her. The vets and nurses genuinely care and are willing to listen to you to put together the best plan. Secondly, the pet resort has been absolutely amazing for my dog. Whenever we have to travel and can't bring our dog with us, we keep her here and she really enjoys staying there. Recently, the staff let me know they were sold out for the weekend boarding, but asked if I wanted to be added to the waitlist. They took the time to call me back and let me know there was a cancellation and I was able to board my dog. So thankful to these people who truly care about your pet!
